Currently i am in 60 hr of fast ( just drinking water ) and last night i could not sleep , maybe i sleep in total 1 hr or less , had this happen to you ?
Just finished 72 Thus nit through Sun nite) and yes, the second night was near-completely sleepless. HOWVER: had a great last day on Sunday with excellent workout.
Here’s the weirdest thing: I gave up @ 2am Sun morning, did some chores and made pancakes for wife & kid. Wrapped flapjacks up to be microwaved when everyone got up; no I DID NOT sample them but from appearance/texture they looked great.
Finally slept 2 hrs and had a fine Sunday. Energy was ridiculously high.
