Is the safety of a length of a fast determined by body weight? I have seen people posting about fasts that last longer than 30 days etc. which just boggles my mind!
Is there a good way to set a goal that is safe? I know I could just go according to how I feel but sometimes I let fear get in the way like, “I should probably eat something… “ But if it’s safe to push through it then should I just push through it?
IMO there are a lot of people who start of saying “I’m going to fast for 30 days!” and then you never hear from them again. Start off with a shorter fast and build up. Fasting isn’t easy and if you don’t have any experience, it’s going to be even harder.
