That depends on how long you cooked it for. Generally speaking, you can look at lentils (and most legumes for that matter) as little packets packed with nutrients in a shell of fiber. When cooking and chewing, you break that shell and give way to the nutrients for your digestive enzymes. If cooked throughly, chewing isn’t that necessary for proper absorption of vitamins (though still advised), however the less you cooked them, the more chewing needs to be done to break the fiber-shell. But chances are, you’re still going to get sufficient nutrients from them if you’re able to swallow them just like that haha
