Just can’t imagine why. If you’re chasing health dry fasting 5 days will clear the deck. Good nutrition, quality movement, exercise, posture, sleep and intermittent water fasting is a part of longevity and health. Don’t get orthorexic on any schedule. If you’re overweight get each of the above points nailed down or you’ll end up fat again. Don’t forget to live your life 👌
