I am starting a 20:4 today. I also will be walking on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes every night.

You are absolutely strong enough to do this! If you’re worried about jumping right in to 20:4, there is absolutely no shame in starting with 16:8, then 18:6, then 20:4. Do what feels good.
