I’ve fasted before, so I know how beautifully it can work. My problem is coming off the fasts, having my inevitable-because-I’m-human stumbles, and never going back to fasting after I screw up.
The new plan, because I have a lot of weight to lose? Combined fasting and dirty keto OMAD. One week of fasting, one week of OMAD. Back and forth, until I’m under 200. I want to be there before the end of the year.
I guess this will be my check-in thread! Hello again, everyone. Been fasting since midnight, new year’s, and coming up on 48 hours of my 168-hour dive back into fasts.
Fasting every other week? 14 days a month. Sounds so exhausting and I honestly don’t think I can do it but if you want it enough, you can do it.
How far are you from hitting under 200lbs? What’s your current weight?
Oh wow, fasting for a week, you’re tough. I just ended my 40 hours fast and I felt very accomplished lol Good luck to you with your efforts, I know the vicous cycle of screwing up and giving up… I too hope that this time around will be the charm. Here is to a healthier and happier 2023!
