I know this is very micro but I’m deciding on when to stop a fast in order to gain the benefits of the particular stage. When looking at the app and the small circle icon stages (ketosis, heavy ketosis etc) along the time progression arc, do the stages happen before, during, or after the time hits the icon? In other words, in order to get the most out of the Autoghagy stage should I let the time pass the icon or just reach it?
If you click on one of the icons and hit “tell me more” it’ll explain more about the stages and the times they take affect. I think for the most part once you reach the icon, you’re barely entering that stage and have to stay in it a while to reap the benefits.
