Lifting and fasting.

I’ve started water fasting currently on 3rd day, I’ve started because I’ve had extreme trouble w fat loss, macros, keto, etc. I figured this is the only way to go. I’m about 20-25% body fat. My recovery is horrible and I get muscle spasms. Cravings sometimes get to me, but I want to lose as much fat as fast as possible taking a few breaks in between for Christmas obviously. I lift 4 times a week. Would that be a problem? Also would you guys recommend walking? The last time I fasted was around summer i went on a walk and i felt like throwing up and cracked as soon as I got home but when I lift I feel none of this whatsoever. Any advice ????

I water fasted for 6 days and tried to lift during it it! The first couple of days was fine, which I assume was just from energy still left over in glycogen storage, but about the 4th day the gym was nauseating. I would probably lower the weights or even just do body weight exercises
