Anyone here with experience? Mainly looking for opinions on when to eat. I usually do OMAD, in the evening,but plan on lifting again around 6-7am. What has worked for you guys?
To be honest I don’t think about it that much. It’s really easy to overthink it.
If you’re a body builder or competitive weight lifter you have a different set of information you’re working off of. So if you’re asking this question it doesn’t really matter enough to stress over.
Lift on your schedule, fast on your schedule. Worry about adjustments if an issue arises.
