Hello everyone. Curious to know what “light exercises” y’all do alongside IF. I’d like to incorporate some in my day. As you can probably tell I’m the beginnest beginner under instructions of my doctor. Thank you.
I run now but walking can be incredibly effective. Start walking. Increase either distance, speed or difficulty of terrain once you are comfortable doing what you can do initially.
But the activity you enjoy, is likely to be the one you keep doing. Try things you fancy trying.
