you can fast and eat at whatever times fit your lifestyle as long as youre fasting for 16 hours or more. My IF schedule I chose is 18 hours fasting and 6 hours eating from 12pm to 6pm most days, one day a week I do a scheduled 20 hour fasting from 6pm to 2pm and thats Friday into Saturday which is right now ,lol I gotta get to eating :).
At least twice a week during work my fasting becomes a 20 hour fasting because it gets busy and I dont wanna be working and eating and would rather wait till my break to eat my meal. Then I just stop eating at 6pm.
My fasting window rolls around a little bit but I try to make sure that I’m not eating for the fest several hours after waking and that I’m not eating for the last few hours before I go to bed. It’s very good for your health to be sleeping on an empty stomach.
