Why go that far. If you are intermittent fasting and working out the fat will come off. People neglect lifting weights/resistance training. Lifting weights/resistance training will raise your metabolism making easier to burn fat while intermittent fasting. So if you intermittent fast lift weights/resistance train and do cardio the fat will come off. I would not suggest a liquid diet because it isn’t the most optimal and your metabolism will suck after simply making you gain alot of the fat back over time. Now if you did an extended fast like 3 days while working out you would see far better results than a liquid fast

If you’re going to do this then I suggest that you try the bone broth diet. A good friend of mine is doing this now because their physician suggested it. My friend has been pretty successful with this diet.

Hi there!

Liquid water is possible but it’s not recommended without medical supervision.

On the other hand, a constant IF practice will eventually help you gain control over your body not to binge eat anymore.

Success in your journey!
