Is there any resource showing most healthy foods? I would also like to know any individual top healthy foods you use? I myself just starting to get know about healthy foods and my list wood be: Fruits Vegetables Greens Nuts Olive oil
You can find all kinds of diets or fads scattered across the internet. Lately I’ve seen a big push in Carnivore MD’s stuff, yeah it can be a bit much but read the papers and it makes sense. Try eating meat, fruit, dairy, honey and see how you feel. Just avoid ultra processed stuff and seed oils.
