Hi, I was wondering if there was any literature on the rate of body fat percentage losses with various intervals of intermittent fasting (personally I’m doing 20:4).

Not to my knowledge. It would probably be pretty hard to study and control for given body fat percentage depends a lot on the person, ie two people with the same weight and height can have different body fat percentages. Let alone what and how much someone is eating inside those windows. Someone could be eating at say 1,000 calorie deficit in 16:8 changing their body fat percentage accordingly and someone could be eating maintenance at OMAD and not changing at all.
So probably one of those things that just swings back to whatever method helps someone sustainably maintain a deficit.
