Hey everyone, I’ve currently started working 7 days per week in aged care. Hard work! But I have the occasional day off but it’s now rare.
I really want to do a long fast for spiritual purposes (and weightloss). I was hoping for 30 days. I’ve been doing ADF for 3 months now with no issue and Ive only ever done a 4 day fast.
I work really hard during the day. Does anyone think I could do this?
My advice would be to start with shorter fasts and see how you feel. You basically wouldn’t know if you could handle fasting until you try it yourself. The shorter fasts will also help you ease into longer ones if you decide that you actually can handle it.
