I’ll workout everyday during an extended fast. Often it’s the highlight of my day, the peaceful feeling I experience afterwards is almost transcendent.
Be sure to listen to your body regarding the intensity. Sometimes I can go just as hard as if I wasn’t fasting, and sometimes it’s a very mellow light session.
I’ll try time my workout for when I’d ordinarily be eating dinner. I’ve found its a good way to pass the dead time and reduce rumination on not consuming during this period.
