Long time listner...

So, I finally decided I had enough. Being a male, 6’2” and 265 pounds is a challenge… add to this starting gender affirming hormone therapy and something has to be done. I am 44 hours into my first 72 hour fast. I have some lean meat and zucchini prepared for my refeed tomorrow. I did some 24s and 36s leading up to this with green tea, bone broth and diet soda to get me through… since I found this community, I have nixed everything except snake juice and water. Everytime I want to give in, I hear “the voice” and steel my resolve to achieve my GW of 165. For obvious reasons I do not feel comfortable with posting pictures just yet, but I know I will find the support here to crush my goals. Any other snake dieters on HRT?

So, I completed my first full 72 hour fast. I broke the fast with some spiralized zucchini and pork steak. It did not take that much food (400g zucchini, 100g pork) to fill me up. At first I was looking to the re-feed as some type of reward (food addiction, right?) but as I reflect on the victory of sticking to the 72, completing the fast with full compliance is the reward and knowing its really not that difficult motivates me to keep going.
