Longer Dry Fasts.....tips?

Planning to do 48+ hrs dry fast and then roll into a wet fast with electrolytes right after for however long feels right. Goal is for depression, a rut in life, spirituality, food addiction/restriction, sugar cravings, digestive healing/resetting my micro-biome, and overall cleanup and healing.

If you plan on rolling, I’m glad you’re going to hydrate for periods in between. As for a tip, especially to deal with food curbing issues, pick a mono-diet so when you break your fast you can have as much of one food as you want, example– plain potatoes, no salt or anything. Then go back to fasting when you’re tired of potatoes (which will be soon, or any plain food, even meat, so long as you’re not making it hyperpalatable with salt or seasoning.)
