Currently planning on doing a 40 day water fast in February for spiritual reasons. I’m 31 years old 6’1 190lb looking to weigh 200-205lb before I start. My main concern is electrolytes and if I should add them into my fast. If so what is the best way to?
Dang bro your gonna gain 10-15 pounds so you’ll have room to lose it? Have you ever fasted before? It’s way harder than you would imagine, try a 5-7 day fast first before you go balls deep and gain a bunch of weight you can’t/will have trouble losing.
