I’m looking for some advice/info/suggestions with snake juice diet and keto. I started my fasting journey in January. Previously, I swore I’d never be able to go a day without food. I eased into it, and within 3 months I was doing OMAD. I then started adding some EF. I take electrolytes (Celtic sea salt, cream of tartar, magnesium) and have often seen snake juice recommended, but didn’t really look into it. However, after looking around at many of the posts here, I’m curious about it finally. I also saw a lot of posts from people who do keto for refeeds. The summer has stalled my weight loss, as my life was kind of turned upside down, but I’m back on track with OMAD and finally got a 48 hr fast in the other day. I was wondering what your experiences, routines, diets are like, if you’d care to share? If not, if you have any links where I can read more about it, I’d appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!

Oh, and also look into carnivore diet, especially the lions diet for health benefits. It apparently cures everything. Follow Mikhaila Peterson for some tips on that diet. She’s all about the lion diet (although tons of others as well). You can also check out the following doctors/influences, if you don’t already…
Dr. Peter Attia, Dr. Ken Berry, Dr. Shawn Baker, Dr. Paul Saladino, Kelly Hogan on Instagram…
Wow, looks like you’ve already come a long way, congrats. Your current weight is only 125? And your goal weight is 117? Are you into any fitness or exercise? I’ve never heard someone so low already venture into snake diet, and I’m not sure I even have the experience at such a low weight level to give any advice. You’re just looking to lose about 8 to 10 pounds… You can definitely give snake diet a shot and watch some of Cole’s videos where he talks about how to get ripped. I’m too far from that to have even watched them myself. LOL
If you’re not already though, I would definitely recommend doing some form of weight lifting. Because even at such a low weight, you can just transform the way your body looks without so much worrying about big weight difference. You can look more toned and fit, possibly burn off some fat as well, but weight number on scale may not move much 🤷♂️
