For calorie and macro tracking, along with tracking your actual expenditure and getting a calorie/macros program to follow: MacroFactor. Not cheap, but it’s really, really good (tracking is super easy (only con is that the food database is pretty US-centric if you eat things you don’t make from scratch), the program gets good after a couple of weeks of daily tracking your weight and food intake).
For tracking fasts, I use the Zero app (free version, all I need is the timer).
