looking for fat adapted recipes for post-fasting.

Anyone have some recipes for post-water-fasting? It’s my weakest attribute for fasting is how I break a fast. Bonus points if they’re recipes to help you stay fat-adapted.

I’ve had good luck breaking fasts with a small amount of cheese and raisins, then a couple hours later making an omellete with 4 eggs, spinach, cheese, and peppers. I also serve it with a little bit of salsa on the side. Sometimes I’ll throw in a single piece of Ezekiel bread as well. Has some carbs but not much, maybe 15g

I break longer fasts with 2 scrambled eggs with broccoli (broken up and cooked with the eggs), tbsp of mayo, tbsp of sour cream, tbsp of flaxseed and then preferred spices. It’s easy to munch on over time instead of eating all at once

From there, it’s keto/low carb as usual. For an easy start: Make things with butter, heavy cream, or eggs. They’re going to be good staples that make things taste great and help keep you from breaking your carb limit
