Asking for my wife who doesn’t use reddit- she’s looking for ideas for quick and easy to eat snack/meal for when she ends her fast mid-morning. She’s doing 16:8 (545 pm-945 am- can’t push dinner later due to our kids’ schedule). She’s a teacher so whatever she eats has to be quick. Her lunch is at 11:30 so she’s just looking for some ideas to get her through until lunch- it can’t be a big breakfast or anything due to teaching. Thanks!
My husband loves eating muesli to break his fast. Bob’s Redmill has a good one. You can have a to go container, add milk of choice in the morning (it’s good to let it soak a bit) then scarf it down when able.
