So i was trying to fast for a whole day but its 2 pm now and im hungry and want to eat. Ive drank coffee and water. I dont know, maybe i need some motivation. Maybe i’ll drink sparkling salty water next.
Just push through it. Go for a walk. Remove yourself from the temptation for a little while.
Instead of thinking, “ah, hell, I have to last until X time,” set a goal of one more hour. And when you hit that, see if you can go longer.
