One of my go-tos is pumpkin chili. Super filling and full of protein and fiber. I’ll sometimes add ground chicken/turkey to boost the protein more.
I also like a good bowl of oatmeal, topped with Greek yogurt, berries, chia seeds, nuts, hemp hearts, shredded coconut and a drizzle of maple syrup.
I also like a lot of Indian foods like curries and dal. I tend to just reduce the ghee/butter amount and add more veggies to boost nutrition and lower calories.
