I lost about 80lbs in 7 months and had loose skin on my lower stomach, upper arms and thighs with 30lbs to lose. This was 2018. I started weight training (stronglifts 5 x 5) and OMAD then added longer fasts. Hillwalked at weekends. I dont know what did it but 20lbs later my bingo wings and tummy apron had tightened even my boobs lifted. No supplements, diet keto but mostly carnivore with home made guac. Upper inner thighs were still a bit wrinkled but it was 1000% better than me at over 20 stone. Smoker here with shit genetics.
