Lose 70 lb in 1 month

Has anyone/does anyone know of anyone with a BMI over 45 who lost 70 lb in 1 month through fasting? I’m 6’4 370 lb and would like to reach 300 lb by mid-March.

Fixing your health is not a race. Losing just 30 lbs and feeling the relief in your joints from the antiinflammatory response to better eating and balanced hormones, you will enjoy that too. Make the goal too steep and you will feel like a “failure” even if you’re making progress.

You can do it but it’ll be touch. Look up interstellar blends. I wouldn’t buy the blends but his protocols work. Basically a lot of walking + dry fasting. If you can’t do the 10 miles a day just do as much walking as you can while doing rolling 3 or 4 day fasts. Electrolytes, hibiscus tea, and keto during refeeds.

Another option is dry omad (eat a keto meal + drink within a 2 hour window each day) + fasted exercise. I tend to drop 4-5 pounds a day with this and more stays off than with just dry fasting. Doing the workouts fasted is key. This routine will get you down at least 45 pounds for the month, likely closer to 60.

From what I’ve researched, it could be possible with your stats, assuming you have average muscle mass. It’s basically alternating water fasts with exercise and/or dry fasts with low intensity exercise. Mixed routines work too, for example 4 dry fast days, 3 water fasts day, 1 refeed day/meal. Or 3-4 dry fast days + exercise and 3-4 days keto refeeds with a moderate to higher caloric deficit. Strength training to build muscle on eating days, walking on the dry fast days.
But I’ll state the obligatory regardless: If you have no fasting experience, you’ll need some strong will power to change your current lifestyle that makes you maintain 370 lb so drastically into a fasting routine and out of it into a maintaining lifestyle. Nothing’s more embarrassing than losing so much weight with hardcore fasting protocols because you don’t have the discipline for a slow 1 lb per week routine, only to regain it plus some more because you have no plan for after your weight loss. Always include maintaining in your plans.
