Losing motivation

Around 3 weeks ago I had a physical done and found out I lost 10 pbs! Sadly, ever since then I have been cutting my fasting a lot and haven’t been too strict with it. I want to lose around 20-30 more lbs by the new year as I also exercise. But ever since I found out I lost 10 lbs I have been slacking a lot. Surprisingly with cutting my fasting I still lost 2lbs. So I lost 12 lbs in 7 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this? I hope to get motivated again to lose more weight!

Yes. That’s why I bought a scale and weigh myself every morning. No excitement or celebratory slacking off when I see the gradual trend (with ups and downs). For some people having a scale and regular weighing makes things worse, for some it helps.
