I started fasting about a week ago and have lost 3 kg is that normal? I haven’t been limiting myself too much but when I checked my progress i have lost 3 kilograms and was wondering if that’s okay.
If you were 50kg and you lost 3kg in a week, it’d be more concerning than if you were 120kg and lost 3kg in a week.
When I started, I was routinely eating between 5,000 - 10,000 calories in a day. Just dropping down to my TDEE calories caused me to drop almost half a kilo a day for the first couple weeks.
