So I did a 90 hour waterfast and weight myselfe everyday and lost 0,6 kg every single day. Yesterday was my first refeed day and this morning I had lost 0,1 kg. Now I know that you loose waterweight during fasting and I know that it is also normal that you could gain a little after fasting. How did your refeed days look like on the scale and the days after that? Any tips on not gaining it all back other then beeing in a caloric deficit or keto? What did you look out for to still remain your weightloss gains. (Info: I fast for health reasons and also due to beeing obese. I’m F35, SW 70,8 kg, CW 69,0 kg, GW around 50 kg, I’m 148 cm)
I’m so confused. You just did a 90 day fast and lost .6kg a day? So over 50kgs? But then your start weight was 70 and you’re now 69?Also unless you’re like 4foot I don’t think 69kg can be classed as obese?
