Has anyone had a heavy increase in light sleep and and a hard decrease in REM sleep when doing IF? I’ve done it before and I don’t think I had an issue but maybe I just can’t remember. Wake times are also minimal but my restorative sleep is just poor now.
This was mostly only a problem for the first month after starting IF. I found a couple things that seemed to help. Eating my last meal earlier in the day, exercising after my last meal and at least an hour before bed and drinking lots of water before bed.
I think it was mostly just my body getting used to IF
