Focus on the goal. And make it into something you enjoy. If you eat stuff that is good for you and you also enjoy it, it won鈥檛 become a thing you HAVE to do. You WANT to do it.
Maybe adjust your goal? Muscles also add weight. So is your ideal weight realistic with the extra muscles?
But I鈥檓 sure you can do it.
And summon your inner David Goggins ;-).
Motivation is great and all but let go of that notion. Make your food plan and exercise routine habit. It鈥檚 just something you do now like going to work or brushing your teeth.
If anything, I鈥檇 think seeing these god bodies would spark some motivation. They didn鈥檛 get to where they are by looking at other good looking bodies and then not doing what they needed to do to get it. That was kind of wordy but you get the point. They hard a starting point to. Everyone does.
