Personally I think people expect to much to quickly. I’d just be happy you aren’t a slave to food anymore.
It takes an incredible amount of self discipline to stick to omad, take it slow and you’ll achieve your goals!
Since you’re working out ( don’t know if cardio or weight lifting)you might be putting onbmuscle mass …if the scale don’t move get the tape measure out I’m sure there’s some changes happening.But it also could be due to water retention, you might have lost some water weight…
It all depends on your activity level really
