I had the same issue and everyone’s body is different. In a nutshell if you’re not feeling well and your blood sugar is low eat something and then start fasting again. You’ll find out how long you can fast and sometimes it’s better to break up the longer fasts. Just don’t overeat on your refeed days. 👊🐍
