I’m getting really tired of hard boiled eggs.
Low fat or fat free Greek yogurt! Always my go too and relatively cheap $60-$1 per cup depending on store brand or name brand. I like turkey sausage bites 7 grams protien 5 grams fat per 6 bites. Beef jerky but very $$$.
Cottage cheese on sliced peach/plum.
Crunchy fava bean snack (eg 6.7g protein, 110 cal from happy snack company).
High protein soy milk (6g protein, 150 cal) for eg vitasoy with a high protein cereal.
