Answer

Do you do cardio? Because that will lower your resting heart rate.

Also if you don’t eat a lot or less than you used to, your heart rate will be lower.

If you haven’t eaten for many hours, your heart rate will be lower.

If you have a physical demanding job, your heart rate will be lower.

What’s your heart rate 1 hour after eating?

Answer

If you’re on medication for high blood pressure, and depending on the medication, your heart rate can drop a bit while fasting. If you are taking hypertension medications it’d be best to visit your doctor and let them know what you’re doing and what you’re experiencing to get their recommendation.

Answer

Unless you’re feeling light headed and like you’re going to be unable to stand it’s not a problem

I notice that my heart rate stays lower at rest when fasting as well, probably because I’m not having to digest food
