Answer

If you are uninterested in lowering your starch and sugar intake, then lower your sodium.

If you want to really solve your problem, lower your starch and sugar intake, because that is probably why your blood pressure is too high

Answer

It’s lowered mine, i think mostly because I’ve lost weight doing IF, and from what I’ve read losing weight generally lowers blood pressure— not matter How you lose the weight. My method just happens IF and exercise.

Answer

IF and OMAD per say do not, but help.

What really does reduce BP is the removal of sugars and starch in the diet (in addition to the above) . It does that by removing excess water and improving overall health by losing excess weight.

Salt, in and of itself, is a minor component (studies shows that is only increases BP by less than 4% - link).
