Made it to the 5th day!

Second attempt at a 5 day DF & I am hours away before I’m done. This has been my experience thus far (oddly enough it was all kind of a blur)

Day 1: weighed in Monday morning at 182lbs. Felt great went for a walk. Pretty easy day.

Day 2: felt upset and emotional also bloated this day.

Day 3: had a good night rest. I slept for over 7 hours and woke up feeling slim. I had high energy until my first nap of the day. Afterwards I couldn’t focus on anything. Kept day dreaming about food, I went for a walk to clear my head.

Day 4: low low energy. Wanted to lay in bed all day. Anything I did took so much energy.

Day 5: it’s the morning of day 5. So proud of myself for making it this far. I’m excited to weigh myself tomorrow. Will update on day 5 as the day progresses.

Awesome! I’m just into day 4. I have been bedridden for a bit now but I got enough energy to get on the treadmill on day 3 and went for more than a whole hour. I told myself if I feel good on day 4, I’ll keep going to day 5.
