Is Pinnaple and aloe ok to drink everyday for anti inflammatory properties? What is the absolute best probiotic? Should nuts only be sprouted? Just got out of hospital with inflamed cecum and appendix. Don’t know what caused this, wondering if anyone has gone through similar and what foods are the best medicine
> Is Pinnaple and aloe ok to drink everyday for anti inflammatory properties?
Fruit juices are high in sugar. They should be treated like taking a multivitamin with soda.
> What is the absolute best probiotic?
Your doctors should have told you the genera you want to encourage, if they didn’t follow up with your PCP. If you are not on a dairy restricted diet cultured yogurt is generally preferable to others, if you are it doesn’t really matter. If you are still taking antibiotics there is little benefit to starting until you finish the course.
> Should nuts only be sprouted?
Sprouted anything is generally more nutrient dense then unsprouted, nutrients are more bioavailable. Sprouted is also easier to digest as the starches will be partially converted to sugars.

You need to ask a dietician not reddit. I can’t stress this enough, strangers on the internet are not the right place to be turning to right now and you need a clinician who can work with your doctor to tune your diet based on your medical needs.
One cannot drink their way out of inflammation, but pineapples and aloe do offer additional benefits. I’d say maybe the best probiotic is one that works for you!! As for nuts… the sprouting process can enhance nutrient availability. In regards to your recent hospitalization, consult with a professional before implementing any drastic diet changes

None of the items you mention sound particularly useful for fighting inflammation
But agree with other commenter that you should ask your doc and work with a dietitian
