Did anyone else get a cold after doing OMAD during the first month?
I cannot believe the amount of mucus. I’m wondering if this is a cleansing response – or am I overthinking this?
You don’t state the obvious-have you tested for Covid? There is also a great deal of other respiratory virii going around. No particular reason I am aware that OMAD would cause a ‘cleansing response’, so I would say coincidence.
