As a man, how much of an impact does exercise have on weight loss during dry fasting? Should I focus on cardio, or strength training, or both? And to what level/strength?
You’re gonna lose a shit ton of weight DFing with or without exercise.
I would just walk or do slight yoga if you’re DFing longer than 48 hours. The body wants rest and healing, not strain. But yeah maybe you can accelerate weight loss within that first 48 hours by hitting the gym.
I went from 192 to 165 on my most recent 6 day DF. The rapid change is astounding.
