This week was rough mentally. Had a fight with a friend and just felt down in general. I noticed that I kind of stagnated in terms of loses. Has anyone else had this happen? Meals have been the same and I haven’t changed anything this week.
I do roughly 20/4 fasting and yes, I feel that way sometimes too. I find that when the hunger pangs are at their worse the smallest things can get me angry and overall sometimes feel really depressed. My weight loss has stagnated too, but, I blame that on my poor diet. At first I was very low carb but stopped because every night I would get diahrea several times. So, I do low carb every 2nd or 3rd night. Not sure why that occurs, Im guessing fibre intake is low on low carb, so prob should supplement with fibre supplement.
