Don’t do this diet. You need to change your lifestyle. Slow changes overtime, introduce more fruit into your diet. Try and add more veg, limit calories from drinks, try and keep water intake up. Try and stay consistent, mistakes are okay as long as you get back on track, trust the process. Otherwise you’ll do this crazy unhealthy diet for a while, lose some weight, then just go back to your normal diet again? Rinse & repeat forever? You gotta change the habits 🙏🏻

That diet is not sufficient to meet your macro or micronutrient needs. I absolutely would not recommend attempting to do this again. You would be much better off choosing a healthier and more sustainable diet containing a variety of different foods and an adequate number of calories.
