Just checking. I hadn’t seen any recent posts on this. I would like to hear from others further along. I had been active my whole life. Always had a six pack until I was around 48 years old. The last few years, nothing would keep the weight off. I was starting to write my new physique off to aging. But this has already started making my pants loose.
I fast 14 hours a day. Two weeks in. Still keep at it daily in the gym. Kego diet during the day. 53 years old. Male.
I’m 57, dropped 40lbs in just over 3 months earlier this year, intentionally gained 5-8 back as I found I was a little too thin, and have maintained pretty much on 12/8 and some exercise since about April. I started the IF lifestyle in January.
47 here. I’ve been on and off IF for some time. Gained a lot of weight this year due to mental and work issues but have transitioned the last 4 weeks from 16:8 to 20:4 to 22:2 / OMAD. Currently down around 8lbs.
