What brands to you all like and what do you like about them? I’m bored of black coffee and water only for my clean fast and want to add a little fizz to the day. Thanks!
I like Bubly and Aha. Both have really good flavors.
Side note, make sure you’re getting them with no artificial sweeteners. I bought the Tops store brand once and was surprised how sweet it tasted. I didn’t think to look at anything ecxept to make sure it was 0 calorie. Turns out they use sucralose which can break a fast. I say can because I’m not an expert but I guess it breaks certain types of fasts.
I’m partial to Polar brand Cranberry Lime, Strawberry Watermelon, and Lime. IDK how far Polar is distributed outside of the New England states since it’s made in central Massachusetts. I like them because they’re a local brand (to me, obviously) but their fizziness is perfect and they have good flavors! La Croix is good, too, and I know they’re all over the US. My fave La Croix is Passionfuit. They have the same fizziness that Polar has.
