Mini Dry Fast Experiment

Hi Everyone,

Me posting here is strictly for accountability purposes. I have an event on Saturday and I want to give Dry Fasting a try to lose weight and fit better in clothes (I’ve done at most almost 2 days of dry fasting, so my goal would be over 65 hours this time).

I will record my weight and see what this whole dry fasting and losing weight craze is all about.

This is experiment purposes and don’t recommend anyone try unless they have fasting experience.

14 hours in and feel fine, not really thirsty, but I am waiting for the headaches from caffeine withdrawal to appear. Long day today at work (work from home though so not too bad), but tomorrow will be easier cuz I’m getting my hair done (pandemic hair needs to go).

Weighed myself 8 hours into the fast and was already down over 2 pounds. All water weight I’m sure. Will keep updated with tonight’s Day 1 weigh in.
