So I’m bout mid month 3 into this whole thing. Still working on sticking to a 20/4 schedule. Some days it’s more 18/6, others OMAD. I’ve maintained pretty good consistency during the work week and let myself ball out on the weekends. I think I’d see faster results if I was slightly more dedicated, but hey, work in progress. I measure quantifiable results by the way clothes fit rather than depressing myself with a scale or tape measure - for now. Happy to report I started the year in a 46 DD and now fit better in a 42 D. I’m pear shaped, so my weight always tended to shift off the top half first, buuuuttt these leggings fit better also. Hoping this more hourglass figure I’ve developed in my late 30’s sticks around with continued loss. I plan on doing my first 24 hour fast this week and see how that goes, because I do believe I can benefit from autophagy. Cheers!
Congrats!! I’m also trying to lose weight to reduce my breast size, it’s causing me severe back pand shoulder pain and discomfort, and I’m hoping to see improvements with a smaller and lighter chest. I’m one month in and I’ve lost 4 lbs, it’s not very noticeable yet but I can feel my breasts a bit tender, so yay!
Thank you for posting this. I am really hoping that my bra size shrinks while losing weight from IF. I am considering having a breast reduction once I am done with babies, but it would be nice if I could drop a couple of sizes with weight loss!
