More potassium with histamine intolerance?

I really struggle with this! I don’t get near the rdi.

Can’t have oranges or orange juice. Or grapefruits. Or tomatoes. Bananas. Don’t like potatoes.

Any advice?

I have histamine sensitivity, and the thing I struggle with most is Vitamin C! I eat lots of red peppers, kiwis, and broccoli.

To keep potassium up, I’ll drink milk or coconut water throughout the day, sometimes in coffee. That’s not a whole days worth of course but it helps.
