Moringa is really helping my energy and mental health, what is the best source?

Hi everyone! I have currently been taking moringa for a little while and it’s helped my energy levels, skin tone, and mental health quite a bit. It’s noticable when I do not take it. I’m currently using a brand called Pura Vida but I wanted to know what is the best source possible for moringa powder? Can I also buy the leaves from anywhere reputable that you’d recommend?

I had a neighbor in central Florida that made his own moringa powder at home. He would dry it on every available surface in his house and it looked like some kind of an underground drug operation when he did that lol. Anyway, he told me all about its nutritional properties but I just added it to my cooking because I liked the earthy taste. His name is Justin and his website is here. You might want to reach out before you order because I’m not 100% sure if he’s still selling it actively. Best of luck!

I grow it too. Great tree. I’m scaling up my plantings. It grows well from seed :) seriously nutritious, imagine the impact if every household where it can grow were mailed a seed or two and told of its wonders. Mandatory tree seed planting for public health initiative would be so great. 🌿

The problem I’m noticing with the powders I’ve come across amazon. Is they have sand in the product or its brown meaning oxidation or light green, they are known to cut it with rice flour and its light in color not as strong as smell and doesn’t have that biting taste as expected. Those are the main things I’ve noticed. Totally agree with growing or going to a international grocer most of Asia knows about moringa we’re the late kids to the party. Filipinos call it their flag they say if you seen one in the yard chances are a Filipinos lives their. Indians usually talk about mangos and curry and turmeric honestly haven’t heard one bring up moringa. Latinos also know and worship the tree. We have a skinny twiggy 15 foot tall one in FL but it crowded by the nearby palms and its still in a smallish planter. Very tough tree. I live in VA so a very hard tree to keep here.
