Moving to new apartment

Tomorrow beloved & I are moving (closer to my work & his medical treatment center - c beast).

I’ve made a conscious decision to adhere to 16:8 IF to the best I can; yet I’m aware that The next 3 days will present challenges…which they will. Not going to count calories in and calories out…just going to stick to the windows best I can.

Good luck with your move! I do the same thing when I am not at home or I have a hectic schedule or that type of time when I know I’m going to be busy and stressed. I just focus on my fasting window and on eating proper portions. You will come out just fine the other end!

I just heard on a podcast today. During stressful situations, sometimes it’s better to at least do a “holding pattern” or a kind of eating that would keep you in maintenance, rather than worry about keeping to a fasting schedule.

Like, I think it would be hero level work to only eat 3 meals in one day, and not snack. Even if your first meal was at 7am before movers arrived and last one was at 11pm when they were done. Moving requires so much energy.
